Get the most out of life, when you trust in Jesus Christ our Lord. The Spirit of Christ lives in you as a believer. You experience love, joy and peace, as the fruit of the Holy Spirit within you. The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace (Galatians 5:22).
Getting the most out of life does not mean there will be no times of sorrow and sadness. However, your love, joy and peace is not controlled by outward circumstances. Through it all, you live in peace knowing that Christ is with you in every circumstance.

The love of Christ is obvious through fellowship with other believers. The Christian life was never meant to live alone. We are members of the same body, that is the church, the body of Christ. There is love when we gather together with God's wonderful people.
When believers sin, we grieve the Holy Spirit. That results in a temporary loss of joy and peace. To get the most out of life, God has provided a way to restore us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).
