Through Your Problems

Do you have problems and trials? Life in this world is never free from problems and trials. To the contrary, we often move from one problem to another. So, the question is not if problems and trials will come. Rather, what will we do when problems come?

Some people give up easily when trials come. Problems frustrate us. Why did this happen to me? You may even ask God to take all your problems and trials away. Sometime God may do just that. At other times, don't be surprised if God does not remove your problem. He may have a better idea. "We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they are good for us - they help us learn to endure" (Romans 5:3, NLT).

God can use problems and trials to build endurance in our lives. Good things happen to people who endure. Through all of our problems, God is working for our good. God is good, and always good. We often need to endure the problems of life to see the goodness of God. "And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them" (Romans 8:28, NLT).

Don't give up. Press on and endure. It takes strength to endure. One who runs in a race must have endurance to win. God will give you strength to endure. It comes through the Spirit of God working in your heart. Focus on God and not the problem. Problems come and go. God is with you always. Ask for the joy of God's Spirit. Rejoice in the Lord. Worship God through your problems and trials.
