In making wise decisions, let peace point you to the right way. Peace is your friend. Without peace, be warned. You are about to make a bad decision. Peace is God's witness to your heart, that you have found the right decision.
Your logic may or may not be right. Peace is never wrong, because peace is a fruit of God's Spirit. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace (Galatians 5:22). You see that peace has two other friends, love and joy. They are all witnesses to wisdom.
When you have decisions to make, ask God for wisdom. He will give you wisdom to make the right decision. As you consider your decision, always let peace have the final word. The God of all peace will never lead you astray. He will lead you in the right path. Peace will walk with you. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts (Colossians 3:15).
Wisdom always brings peace. You cannot receive wisdom without peace. The wisdom of God and the peace of God are always joined together. Peace always confirms wisdom. If you receive God's wisdom, peace is the sure witness.
Making wise decisions will always bring peace. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable (James 3:17). When you receive the wisdom of God, you likewise receive the peace of God.
