A Life Well Lived

You are needed by other people. Others need your support. That includes family, church, and friends. Also, it includes people you have not met yet. Living for others is when you serve God and  minister to others. A life well lived is a blessing to others. Only then is your life well lived.

A life well lived is for God and others. He wants to live through you in a personal relationship. It's a relationship of love and trust. A relationship with God brings peace and joy. Also, a relationship with God always includes others. That's a life lived for God and others.

The life of Jesus was lived unlike any other. The reason is obvious. He lived for God the Father and others. He surrendered His will to the Father's will. He served others, and even died for others. His life is eternal, forever for others, unlike any other. Jesus said, I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly (John 10:10).

A life well lived is for God and others, empowered by the Holy Spirit. He is the Spirit of Christ, transforming your life to live for others. The Holy Spirit fills the life of every believer, as we yield to Jesus our Lord. He fills us with the love of God, that we may love others. The fruit of the Spirit is love (Galatians 5:22). The Holy Spirit enables us to live for God and others. That's a life well lived.
