Do you have a purpose in life? If so, why did God make you? There has to be a purpose or eventually you conclude that life is meaningless. You could resign to think that life is about nothing. What a drastic choice you have. Your life has purpose or it's about nothing.
You may believe that God has a purpose for your life, but you have no idea what it may be. Sometime God uses simple object lessons to teach us the truth. So, go to your kitchen. Open the cabinet and find a cup. Notice several things about that cup. Someone had to make it. You know it was made to be used. It's placed there for a purpose.
Your life is like that cup. You were made by God to be used in His hand. He places you where you can serve Him. He moves you according to His purpose. As a believer in Jesus Christ, you are a vessel for honor, sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work (2 Timothy 2:21).
As a cup is made to be filled, so you were made to be filled with God's love, joy, and peace. God's Spirit will fill your life, that you can bear good fruit to serve God by serving others. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace (Galatians 5:22). God will use you to serve others.
