Patience will work on days when everything goes wrong. No one is exempt from bad days. Such things usually happen at an unexpected time. Don't panic. Look for patience to help you. Problems may not be resolved quickly. Yet, you can be patient through it all.
Understand that patience always works together with love. God is love (1 John 4:8). He is the answer to life's problems. God may not work quickly to resolve your difficulties. He works in His time and always with love. Patience agrees with God and waits on God. Ask God to fill you with His love. God's love always brings patience. Love is patient and kind (1 Corinthians 13:4, NLT).
Impatience often makes problems multiply. Impatience has no time to wait on God. Impatience wants everything wrong to be resolved immediately, if not before. Impatience is unloving and selfish. However, patience is always faithful to love, and love never fails (1 Corinthians 13:8). Patience wants God's will to be done.
When things go wrong, it's a test. You will discover if you live with patience or impatience. If impatience shows up, say good-bye and invite patience to be your companion. Impatience works with frustration and anger. To the contrary, patience will work with God's love.
