Are you trying to live the Christian life alone? Recognize your need for the support of other believers. Receive their encouragement and strength. No one should try to live the Christian life alone. That's one reason we have churches, to support one another.
Determine to build-up others in your church. Comfort others in order to strengthen them. Look for people who need an encouraging word. God will use you to edify others. Other believers need your loving support. You may think that you are not needed. Realize that all believers need encouragement. Someone today needs the encouragement you can give.
In any sport, one member does not make a team. It takes many to win the game. So it is in the Christian life. The members of the church need you. There is strength in numbers. We draw strength and support from one another. You can make a difference in the lives of other Christians.
"And if one member suffers,
all the members suffer with it;
or if one member is honored,
all the members rejoice with it.
Now you are the body of Christ,
and members individually."
