Faith that Never Fails

Faith that never fails knows the truth about God. Faith believes in the faithfulness of God. Faith that never fails knows that God is faithful to His children always. Faith is absolutely sure of God's faithfulness in all things. God is faithful to forgive our sins. He is faithful to all His promises. Faith that never fails will always trust in the faithfulness of God. He cannot fail. He must prevail. "God is faithful" (1 Corinthians 1:9).

Don't put faith in your faith. Faith looks not to the believer to be strong. Faith looks to the strength of God. Faith knows that God is faithful. Don't fret over how strong or weak your faith may be. Faith as a grain of a mustard seed is more than enough, focused on the faithfulness of God. "He is faithful" (1 John 1:9).

Faith will not trust in itself. Faith is able to trust in the One who is always and forever faithful. Faith that never fails will trust always in the living God, who is faithful to all who believe. When we focus on our faith, it never becomes stronger. When we focus upon God, faith will rest in His faithfulness. Jesus said, "Have faith in God" (Mark 11:22).

Because God is faithful, His word of promise cannot fail. Look at the promises of God in the Bible. As a believer, all the promises of God are for you. "For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us" (2 Corinthians 1:20). You can trust God's promises, because He is faithful. "He who promised is faithful" (Hebrews 10:23). Faith that never fails stands upon the promises of God.
