Love Pursues You

Love is pursuing you. It is unconditional love which is everlasting. Love like that is not understood by so many in this world. Love comes to your heart to bless you. Love knocks at the door of your life to live with you. Love will not force itself on you, but it still pursues you. "Love is patient and kind" (1 Corinthians 13:4 ).

Love pursues people who do not understand. Love does not easily give up. Love wants to forgive you and fill your life with joy and peace. Love wants to give you faith in all circumstances and hope for your future, because it "believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things" (1 Corinthians 13:7).

Love wants to be received. Love desires to come into your life. Love has no selfish motive. It "does not seek its own" (1 Corinthians 13:5). Love pursues your heart. Love is faithful and true. Love is proven forever at the cross of Jesus. Love is more powerful than death. On the third day, love defeated death in Christ. Love has power unlimited, because "God is love" (1 John 4:8).

Love is received by faith in Jesus Christ, the Lord of love. The Spirit of Christ will fill your heart with love divine. You may say, "I am not worthy of such love." None of us are. "But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8).
