God has designed life to be filled with joy and peace. That's His will for you. Do you have joy and peace today? Most people would desire joy and peace. The problem is that most people don't know where to find it. Looking in all the wrong places leads to frustration and hopelessness. Looking unto God brings joy and peace. "May the God of hope fill you with joy and peace" (Romans 15:13).
Hope with joy and peace are found in the Spirit of God. Hope is a gift of the Spirit. Joy and peace is fruit of the Spirit. To be filled with the Spirit is to be filled with hope, joy and peace. To resist the Holy Spirit is to be hopeless, without joy and peace. Hope for your future comes from the Spirit of God. Joy that is unspeakable and peace that passes all understanding can be found only through the Holy Spirit.
As a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, you can be filled with the Holy Spirit. "May the God of hope fill you." Yield your life to the Spirit of God. Surrender your body, mind, and will to Him. Ask the God of hope to fill you in Jesus name. He will. The result is a life filled with hope, joy and peace. Surrender to God is not defeat. It's victory with joy and peace.
Your joy and peace will attract others to God. Someone could even say to you, "There is something different about your life. I don't know what it is, but I want what you have." That's the Holy Spirit working through you to draw others to God. Jesus Christ lives in you through the Holy Spirit. The fruit of the Spirit is joy and peace. "May the God of hope fill you."
