A dynamic prayer always has confidence that God will hear and answer. Prayer is not just saying religious words or quoting from memory. True prayer talks to God our Father with confidence. Please understand, it's never self-confidence. Far from it. Know that it's about absolute confidence in God.
Confidence in God is necessary when we pray. Unbelief says, "No one can have confidence in prayer. It's nothing but religious talk." Doubt says, "Some people may have confidence in prayer, but I'm not sure that I ever will." Faith says, "I pray with confidence in God, because my prayers are based upon the promises of God in the Bible. God always honors His word."
Have confidence in God when you pray. Never consider self-confidence. Rather, make your request with confidence in God and His word of promise. "Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us" (1 John 5:14).
God's word is God's will. Make the Bible your prayer book. Trust the promises of God in prayer. Asking according to God's will is praying according to His word of promise.

All the promises of God are for you as a believer in Jesus Christ. "For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us" (2 Corinthians 1:20). Praying with confidence in God is praying the promises of God in Jesus name, to the glory of God.
