Turn Worry into Prayer

Do you have problems that worry you? No one has a problem free life. When problems come your way, then you have a choice. You can worry about them with helpless feelings, or you can remember that you have a heavenly Father who cares for you.

God cares about all of your needs, even what you eat. Jesus taught us to pray, "Give us this day our daily bread" (Matthew 6:11). Turn your worry into prayer. Trust your heavenly Father to help you with all of your needs.

Trust God for who He really is, a good and loving heavenly Father."For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him" (Matthew 6:8). Prayer does not inform your Father in heaven of your needs. Prayer receives God's help. That's when you turn worry into prayer.

Refuse to doubt God. He is always trustworthy. By faith, thank Him that He cares about you. He wants you to trust Him. "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding" (Proverbs 3:5). Trusting God enables you to turn worry into prayer.

Worry says, "I would like to believe that God will help me, but what if He doesn't?" Faith says, "God is my heavenly Father and He knows my every need. Why would He not help me?" Faith turns worry into prayer.
