Today, you need not go to some far away place to find the presence of God. He is everywhere, even where you are now. The problem is that people are not aware of God's presence. God is never far way. "He is not far from each one of us." - Acts 17:27
The glory of God is His revealed presence. That glory is found in the person of Jesus Christ. The glory of God is revealed fully in Jesus Christ. Through Jesus, God reveals His presence to you.
Do you experience the presence of God? There's only one reason that you don't. Jesus died to take away all of our sins. He is risen from the dead. When you trust in Him, you can experience the presence of God. The same Spirit which lives in Jesus enters your life. "Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His" (Romans 8:9).
The Spirit of Christ is present in every believer all the time. He makes His presence known through faith, hope, and love. You are enabled to know God by faith in Christ. You have a living hope in Christ. The love of Christ fills your heart. That means He is never far away.
