Your Prayer Life

Are you satisfied with your prayer life? Remember, you have a Father in heaven who loves you. He wants to listen to you, as you open your heart to Him. Your heavenly Father wants to hear your prayers.

Jesus promised that God our Father will respond to your prayers. He said, "Pray to your Father who is in the secret place, and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly" (Matthew 6:6). That's a promise for all who pray. It is a sure promise that God will respond to your prayers.

Prayer is an intimately personal relationship with God your Father. There are times to pray with others. Yet, there should always be those times to pray alone with God. Prayer is a daily relationship with God.

Prayer is not an art nor a science. It's a relationship. It's all about your faith relationship with God in Christ. God wants to have fellowship with you, because He loves you. That fellowship is called prayer. In prayer, you talk to God. You listen to Him through His word in the Bible.

Doubt says, "I'm not sure that I know how to pray. I don't know the right words." Faith says, "God will listen to my prayers, because He loves and cares for me. He's my Father in heaven." That's fellowship with God in prayer. Your Father waits to meet you in the secret place. Pray to your Father.
