Grace Sets You Free

Guilt is a cruel master. Guilt attacks your memory, with constant reminders of all that you have done wrong. Guilt has no solution and gives you no hope. Guilt not only condemns you, but prods you to condemn yourself. Guilt will not go away, but day and night its work continues without end.

Guilt may have strong control over you until grace comes your way. Grace is greater than all of your sins. Grace has the sure solution for guilt. Grace sets you free from all condemnation. Grace has power over guilt. Grace cannot fail, because grace comes from God. Guilt becomes helpless in the face of grace. The power of grace is overwhelming, because it's the power of God.

Grace quickly brings you to the cross where Jesus died. Grace shows you the Savior of sinners, who suffered, bleeding He died. Grace teaches you that He died in your place, even for all your sins. "But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that He, by the grace of God, might taste death for everyone" (Hebrews 2:9).

Grace introduces you personally to Christ risen from the dead. Grace brings you into union and communion with Christ. Then you can say, "But by the grace of God I am what I am" (1 Corinthians 15:10).
