Faith places confidence in God. Find confidence in God that will give your faith a sure foundation in life. The word confidence means with faith. It's not faith in yourself, but faith in God which brings real confidence. "For the LORD will be your confidence" (Proverbs 3:26).
Be confident with faith in God. Trust in God through every situation of life. Faith that is confident in God brings practical results. "When you lie down, you will not be afraid; yes, you will lie down and your sleep will be sweet" (Proverbs 3:24). Be confident with faith in God to conquer all your fears and worries. Self-confidence may easily be defeated in the face of fear. Make faith in God your confidence.
