It may be easy to trust God when everything is easy and light. It may become a challenge to trust God in difficult days, when the burden is heavy. When we become discouraged and depressed, it may be a challenge to trust God. When that happens in your life, "do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord, no matter what happens" (Hebrews 10:35, NLT).
God never guarantees you that the way will not sometime become hard nor the days difficult. Who has a life that is always carefree and easy? There is no guarantee for anyone that it will always be that way. However, God promises to be with you in all the difficult days of life. Believers can trust God, no matter what happens. God says to you, "I will never fail you. I will never forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5, NLT).
When the hard times come and the way is not easy, resolve to trust God no matter what happens. When you trust God, you are trusting the one who made you, loves you, and will always be faithful to you. Furthermore, when you trust God as Lord of your life, you are trusting the very one who can help you through every circumstance. Then, you can say no matter what happens,"The Lord is my helper, so I will not be afraid"(Hebrews 13:6, NLT).
No matter what happens in difficult days, trust God. Trust his word of promise for every believer. You can trust him never to fail you, never to forsake you, and to help you no matter what happens. Put your confidence in God and his word of truth for you. Speak to God, saying, I will trust in you Lord, no matter what happens.
