Doubt robs you of the promises and blessings of God. Doubt dares to parade as honesty and common sense. Expose doubt for what it really is, questioning the trustworthiness of God and the truth of his word. Doubt is no friend. Doubt is designed to steal from you the good things God has for you.
Expose doubt with the truth of God's word. The word of God is light. Doubt cannot change the truth of God. When the light of truth shines in your mind and heart, doubt is exposed and defeated. The word of God in your Bible dismisses doubt. Doubt seeks to hide only in darkness. Light prevails over darkness.
Faith and doubt have never been friends. Doubt makes you reluctant and even fearful to have the fullness of faith in God's word. Doubt is a roadblock that must be removed from your mind. It blocks the full flow of God's blessings designed for you.
Expose doubt for what it really is, sin against God. Doubting God's word is nothing but sin. It dares to question the truthfulness of God, asking, "Has God really said?" Doubt tempts you, saying, "You are too smart to believe that." Doubt appeals to pride. Expose doubt with truth. Jesus said, "If you abide in My word, you are my disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" (John 8:32).
