Have a good day. Things could be stressful. Unexpected problems may confront you. However, a good day is not about avoiding problems. A good day is about who is with you. When God is with you, it's a good day for you, because God is good. "For the LORD is good" (Psalm 100:5).
Today, say to God, "Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life" (Psalm 23:6, NLT). God is good all the time and forever. God is good to help with any problem you will confront. More than that, God will be your helper today and every day of your life.
Do you believe in God's goodness? If not, life cannot be good. Believe in the goodness of God. "God is love" (1 John 4:8) and love is always good. His unfailing love will pursue you all the days of your life. That includes today. Thank God for loving you. Thank God that His goodness pursues you.
Make today good for someone else. God wants to do good for others through you. Look for your opportunity. It will come. Let God's goodness touch others through you. If you do, this will be a good day for you. When you do good, you feel good. That's God's goodness in you. Yes, this is a good day, as you do good for others.
