"For we walk by faith, not by sight" (2 Corinthians 5:7). It's a personal faith relationship based upon the sure promises of God our covenant-keeper.

He communicates with you through His word of promise found in the Bible, and we communicate with Him in prayer. "Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me" (Psalm 51:10). The reality of knowing God takes place when He changes our hearts.

God says, "I will give you a new heart and a new spirit within you" (Ezekiel 36:26). The heart is the inner-man, that is the mind, will, emotions, and conscience. It is a change that only God can make in you. God can change anyone's heart, and when He does, you can know God in a personal relationship.
