Praise is an expression of faith in God's goodness through all of our problems. Unfortunately, some people blame God for evil. The Bible makes it clear that God is good. All the time God is good. Sure, bad things do happen to us in this life. Then, we have a choice. Will we blame God for evil, or praise Him for His goodness through all things?
Praise has been defined as the language of heaven. The angels always praise God. The redeemed of the ages praise God in heaven. Praise releases all of your problems to God, knowing that He is at work through them to show His goodness. Because God is good all the time, His praise should continually be in your mouth, praising God always.
The power of praise is the power of God. He is at work in your life. When bad things come your way, don't blame God. Praise God! Faith will praise God for His goodness through the bad times. God's power to overcome evil is released in your circumstances to show His goodness. It's amazing what praising can do. It's amazing, because God is good.
