Defeat Every Worry

Think about worry as a choice. If then worry is a choice, what is the other option? Choose God. There is no worry in God. Trusting God puts pressure on worry to leave immediately. Your mind can only focus upon one subject at a time. God is the greatest thought you could ever have, because God is great. "For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom be glory forever" (Romans 11:36).

Worry often comes from situations beyond your control. However, no situation is beyond God's control, because God is sovereign. He sees all, knows all, and rules over all. You will find yourself in no situation beyond God's control. Ask for God's help. He is a present help to those in need."God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble" (Psalm 46:1).

Pray the Word: Father, I choose to focus upon you with every worry. There is no worry in you, because you rule over all. You are my refuge and strength. I trust you as my present help in time of trouble, through the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

Do the Word: Focus your attention on Bible verses that declare the greatness of God. Worship and praise him, who is worthy to be praised. Listen and sing praise music to God.
