You are loved by God. Reading about God's love is never enough. Without experience, singing about God's love is only empty words. Hearing a minister talk about God's love is only information, unless you experience it. God's love is known personally only through experience. God's love pursues your heart. "Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us" (Romans 5:5, NKJ).
God desires to love others through you. God's Spirit works through you to show his love for others. So many will not read a Bible, but they will read your life. What you say and do is important. Others can understand love through you. "But if we love each other, God lives in us, and his love has been brought to full expression through us" (1 John 4:12, NLT).
Pray the Word: Father, fill my heart with your love today, through the Holy Spirit. Give me grace to walk in your love, that I may love others, through Jesus Christ my Lord. Amen.
