God leads each and every believer by the Holy Spirit. The Spirit of God lives in the heart of every true believer in Jesus Christ. The Lord will lead us in the right path day after day. The Bible teaches us clearly how He leads us. "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are the sons of God" (Romans 8:14).
God leads us through the Holy Spirit working in our hearts. The Shepherd leads believers through the fruit of the Spirit. The fruit includes love, joy, and peace. "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace" (Galatians 5:22). God leads us by love. When we follow Him, we love God and others. The Shepherd leads us with joy. When we refuse to follow, joy evades us. The Spirit of God leads us with peace. It is "the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding" (Philippians 4:7).
God leads us daily. God will not force you to follow Him. However, there are only two choices. One is to follow the Lord. The other one is to go astray. Even when we go astray, the good Shepherd is there to lead us back to the right way.
God leads us today. When you follow the Shepherd, you discover love, joy, and peace. When you don't follow, then you doubt God's love, forfeit real joy, and replace peace with confusion. The choice is clear. The results are predictable. Let God lead you.
