Your Sins Forgiven

Jesus spoke words that will never pass away. Those words are recorded in the Bible. He still speaks those words to people today, and that includes you. Jesus speaks to you, "Your sins are forgiven you" (Mark 2:9). Those words are as true today as the first day Jesus spoke them.

Whose words do you believe? Children most often believe the words of their parents. Students usually believe the words of their teacher. Those who read books usually believe the words or they would quit reading. The words we hear and read influence our lives. Read the words of Jesus. Believe those words. Your life will be changed forever.

A building is constructed of hundreds or even thousands of bricks. It is built strong to shelter and secure the lives of those inside. So it is with the words of your life. Words of faith will build a life which is strong and secure in Christ. His words are in your Bible. Read them. Believe them. Build your faith upon them.

Jesus says to you, "Your sins are forgiven you." Believe Him. He died for all your sins. He was raised from the dead to prove the truth of His words. When you believe Jesus, your sins are gone. God takes away all your sins through His Son. "The blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin" (1 John 1:7).
