"So don't get tired of doing what is good. Don't get discouraged and give up, for we will reap a harvest of blessing at the appropriate time"(Galatians 6:9, NLT). Discouragement is your enemy, lying to your heart, saying that good things happen to others, but not to you. Discouragement has only one goal in your life, that is to get you to give up. Don't listen to discouragement. That voice does not come from God.
Don't give up, unless you give it up to God. He can bring good out of every situation. No circumstances are hopeless with God. He is with you each step of the way. He walks with you. Refuse to be discouraged. Believe God's word of encouragement.
The Bible says,"Don't get discouraged and give up." Don't agree with discouragement. Agree with God. He says to you, "I will never fail you. I will never forsake you"(Hebrews 13:5, NLT). Believe God's word and be encouraged. Then, you can encourage others.
Don't give up encouraging others. God wants to use you to encourage others, and in turn, you will reap a harvest of blessing. Notice who He brings your way. Open your eyes to the needs of others. Open your heart to the hurts of others. You are on assignment. Someone needs your encouragement.
