God blessed us through faith in Christ. And, what does it mean to be blessed by God? It means our sins are forgiven, and we have eternal life in Christ. It means that we have received the love and grace of God in Christ. We have all the blessings of God in Christ. That's how God has blessed us.
How we praise God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we belong to Christ (Ephesians 1:3, NLT). We need not beg God to bless us. Nor do we need to fret about missing God's blessings. God has blessed us in Christ, and that includes every spiritual blessing!

How can you know that you are blessed? Are you trusting in Christ as your Lord and Savior? Do you believe he died for your sins, and he is risen from the dead? If so, you can be sure according to the Bible that you are blessed with all spiritual blessings in Christ. Many of those blessings you have already received, but the best is yet to come.
When you really understand how you are blessed, the response should be praise to God. How we praise God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. We praise and worship God our Father for His grace and goodness to us. Our praise will be forever, because God blessed us in Christ forever!
