When trouble comes, trust God for strength and help. Turn to the Bible to find the promises of God's help in your trouble. Believe the promises and pray them back to God. God's help comes through prayer.
Trust God for the help you need. Help will come, as you stand by faith on the sure promises of God. Your trouble is God's opportunity to show faithfulness to his word of promise.
The LORD of hosts is with us. The God of Jacob is our refuge (Psalm 46:11). This verse refers to the covenant of God. LORD is God's covenant name. God promises with an oath to be the refuge or safe place for all who trust his covenant word.
God is with all who trust him. God's help comes with confident assurance that God will do all that he has promised. He says to all believers, I will never leave you nor forsake you (Deut. 31:6; Joshua 1:5; Hebrews 13:5). When trouble comes, stand firm on God's covenant promise.
Doubt says, "But how can I know that God is really with me? What if He's not?" Faith says, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). God is your help when trouble comes. God's help comes to you in his word of promise. When trouble comes, dismiss doubt and believe the word of God.
