It's God's will to fill your life with the joy of His presence. That doesn't mean that you will have no problems. It does mean that the presence of God will give you strength of joy through it all.
Entering the presence of God's joy comes through confessing your sins, that the joy you once knew may be restored. Sin separates you from fellowship with God, which brings fullness of joy. The barrier of sin is removed as you turn away from it and confess it to God as wrong. Joy confirms restored fellowship.
Genuine worship from the heart refreshes you with the presence of God's joy. In His presence there is real joy. His joy is your strength for living. Worship makes you aware of His presence. His presence is the place of joy.
