Trust in the LORD with all your heart (Proverbs 3:5). Trust God through trouble and trials, because the LORD is trustworthy. You cannot have a meaningful relationship with anyone without trust. That includes God. You can trust God more and more, on your way to spiritual maturity. How is that accomplished? Trust God through every trouble and trial, because the LORD is working in your heart.
Trusting God is trusting His Word of promise. You can trust in the name of the LORD. That's God's covenant name. He makes covenant promises for all who trust in Him. You can trust God's promises recorded in the Bible as trustworthy. God has never made a promise that He could not keep.
God will allow you to be in circumstances which are trying and difficult. He is not punishing you. He is allowing you to learn to trust Him more. During trouble and trials, you may be very uncomfortable and anxious. However, you can trust God and discover His faithfulness.
God is always trustworthy through trouble and trials. If you are in a difficult time today, read God's Word to know His promises. You can trust God, and one day you will look back and know that He meant it for good. Oh for grace to trust Him more.
