God can deliver you from any circumstance or situation without exception. He is your salvation and that word means deliverance. God's covenant name is LORD with four capital letters. He enters into covenant with all who trust Him. His covenant promises you deliverance.
Trusting God as your LORD means you trust in His name. He makes promises to you in His covenant Word. Here is one of His great promises. The LORD is the "the Rock of our salvation" (Psalm 95:1). The great Rock symbolizes the One who changes not. Our God changes not! He says to you, "For I am the LORD, I do not change" (Malachi 3:6). He is forever the same.
The LORD changes not His promises to those who believe. His Word of covenant promise is forever the same. Standing on His promises is standing upon the solid Rock. Our faith is based upon the promises of the LORD our God. He promises "whoever calls upon the name of the LORD shall be saved" (Joel 2:32). That promise is repeated several times in the Bible, in both the Old and New Testaments.
The LORD will save or deliver you from condemnation, sin, judgment, fear, and all spiritual darkness. Trust His Word of promise. Call upon Him. See what the LORD has done. Your name is included in "whoever." The LORD delivers you.
