Prayer is talking to your Father in heaven about all of your needs and problems. It's trusting Him with all the things beyond your control, understanding that nothing is beyond His control. "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be known to God" (Philippians 4:6). Pray about every concern and need in your life.
You have the privilege as a believer to let your requests be known unto God. That doesn't mean that you will get everything you want. It does mean that God wants you to make your requests known to Him in prayer. If God says no to your request, it means that He has something better for you. In everything, bring your requests before God in prayer.
Pray the Word: Father, I bring my requests to You in prayer, with thanksgiving for all the many blessings You have given me, through Jesus Christ my Lord. Amen.
Do the Word: Make a list of your requests to God in prayer. Offer thanksgiving to God for every answered request and blessing. Talk to God about every concern and need you have.
