The Bible is your guide in the daily issues of life. It declares God's will for you. The word of God is the will of God. Also, God puts his will in your heart. He gives you the desire to understand his good will. "Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is" (Ephesians 5:17).
Do you understand God's will for your life? Search the Bible for wise counsel. Ask God to give you wisdom, confirmed by peace of mind. Ask God to give you desires of the heart consistent with his will. Always be willing to surrender your will to God's will, knowing "that you may prove that good and acceptable and perfect will of God" (Romans 12:2).
Pray that God will open your eyes of understanding as you read the Bible, to know his will for your life. When you understand God's good will, gladly submit to it, through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Understand God's will. Do God's will. As you read the Bible, apply it to your life. Don't just read the Bible for information. Read it for understanding to know and do God's will. Understand that God's will is good, because God is always good.
