Only God's power can change your life. His power always changes you for good. There are so many who would like to make a change in their lives, but they don't know how. Many have tried to change their lives, only to give up in defeat. The truth is this, only God's power can change our lives.
The power of God that changes lives comes to you through the Holy Spirit. He is the power of God. He has the power to change your heart, that is your thoughts, desires, and emotions. The Holy Spirit makes a change in the lives of people which is real and permanent. The Holy Spirit leads you to know the good news of Jesus Christ. He makes the living Christ real to you. That is God's power in you.
The power of God is not a physical force, but a spiritual power. God does not force you against your will. He empowers you to do His will. Understand the power of God through one simple word. That word is love. The love of God is the power of God, from the Father, through the Son, in the Spirit. God becomes your loving Father, through faith in His Son. The Holy Spirit is the power of Christ in you.
The love of God the Father sent His Son into the world to die for our sins. The power of God raised Jesus from the dead. The Holy Spirit empowers us to know God as our Father through faith in Christ. The love of the Spirit is Christ in you, the power of God. "The love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit" (Romans 5:5).
