The Bible is your guide in the daily issues of life. It declares God's will for you. The word of God is the will of God. Also, God puts his will in your heart. He gives you the desire to do his good will. Those desires agree with the teaching of the Bible. "Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is" (Ephesians 5:17).
Are you seeking God's will for your life? Search the Bible for wise counsel. Ask God to give you wisdom, confirmed by peace of mind. Ask God to give you desires of the heart consistent with his will. Always be willing to surrender your will to God's will, knowing that his will is good, acceptable and perfect.
Pray the Word: Father, open my eyes of understanding as I read the Bible, to know your will for my life. When I understand your will, give me grace to do it, through the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
Do the Word: Know God's will. Do God's will. As you read the Bible, apply it to your life. Don't just read the Bible for information. Read it for revelation to know and do God's will.
