Faith Is Now

The prayer of faith is asking God and receiving without seeing any visible results. Thank God for what He has done for you in the past, but also thank God now by faith for what He will do for you. Faith receives from God now what we shall see later. "For we walk by faith, not by sight" (2 Corinthians 5:7).

Faith is now, giving thanks to God. Doubt says, "God has helped me in the past. Maybe He will help me now." Unbelief says, "If there is a God, why should He help me?" Faith says, "I will thank God now for what He will do." Faith is now, giving thanks to God for His faithfulness. Faith is now, believing God to provide.

Gratitude thanks God for what you have. Everything you have is a gift of God. That includes every heart beat and every breath of air. Gratitude is a virtue. Complaining will not help. Gratitude thanks God for what He has done for you. Faith thanks God now for what He shall do for you .

Faith is now, thanking God for the good things He will do in your life. Praise God for His goodness. Trust the faithfulness of God. Faith is now, depending upon God's mercy. Faith is now, because God is always good. Exercise your faith now, as you thank God. "For the LORD is good; His mercy is everlasting, and His truth endures to all generations" (Psalm 100:5).
