The joy of living is for all who trust in Christ. The Spirit of Christ lives in you as a believer. Joy is a fruit of the Holy Spirit within you."The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace"(Galatians 5:22).
The joy of living does not mean there will be no times of sorrow and sadness. However, your joy is not controlled by outward circumstances. Through it all, the joy of living is knowing that Christ is with you in every circumstance.

The joy of living in Christ is obvious through fellowship with other believers. The Christian life was never meant to live alone. We are members of the same body, that is the church, the body of Christ. There is joy when we gather together with God's wonderful people.
When believers sin, we grieve the Holy Spirit. That results in a temporary loss of joy. God has provided a way to restore our joy. "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"(1 John 1:9).
When you know the Lord, "you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory" (1 Peter 1:8). It's inexpressible, because it's better than words can describe. It's full of glory, because it's the presence of God in you. That's the joy of living.
